Eudaimonia Psychological Services LLC: Cultivating growth, resilience, and well-being through therapy and outreach
Meet Dr. Danniella
I have over a decade of clinical experience and have provided individual, family, and group therapy to clients of all ages and backgrounds, in various settings, addressing many presenting issues. I specialize in culturally informed care for people from diverse communities, including BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ individuals, as well treating individuals affected by trauma and adversity such as sexual abuse, domestic violence, or emotional neglect. Additionally, as a certified Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) therapist, I support caregivers by teaching parenting and behavior management strategies for young children. I also have a myriad of experience providing professional workshops and outreach to the community. By offering community and professional trainings, I extend the work I do in therapy to a broader audience, sharing tools and strategies that strengthen resilience, reduce stigma, and promote mental wellness.
No matter what has led you here, I firmly believe in the potential for change. My goal is to create a space that empowers you to explore and understand the patterns, expectations, and beliefs that may be holding you back. I use a combination of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and interpersonal and attachment-based approaches. Together, we can examine the depths of your experiences, uncovering resilience you may not have realized you possess. Through empathetic listening, supportive guidance, and tailored, evidence-based therapeutic approaches, my commitment is to support you in fostering personal growth, understanding and overcoming challenges, and ultimately helping you emerge more empowered and authentically you.
Fun fact: I love to cook, listen to music, dance, watch psychological thrillers, and spend time with loved ones!
